About the Prints

What kind of prints do you sell?

My fine art prints are produced using premium 12-colour giclée printing, a specialist process that captures rich, vibrant colour, delicate tonal shifts and exceptional detail. Printed on luxurious 200gsm FSC-certified matte paper, each artwork has a smooth, beautifully refined finish with no distracting glare. The result is an archival-quality print designed to retain its colour and character for years to come.

Are these prints made from original artworks?

They are inspired by my original artworks, photography and digital designs. I don't do prints of my original artworks as they are one of a kind.

What sizes are available?

Prints are available in four sizes: A4 (21 x 29.7 cm), A3 (29.7 x 42 cm), A2 (42 x 59.4 cm), and A1 (59.4 x 84.1 cm). Our most popular size is A2. I will be adding other sizes for the right designs. Message me if you want a size not listed. My specialty printers are very accommodating.

Do the prints come framed?

Not unless stated. Most prints are unframed. They are sized to fit standard off-the-shelf frames, so you can easily find a frame at your local homewares store. This saves on shipping costs, allowing me to offer free shipping on all unframed prints.

Ordering and Production

Are prints made to order?

Yes. Every print is made to order specifically for you. This means we don't hold stock, which reduces waste and saves on resources.

How long does production take?

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes, just message me if you have a specific requirement. Please get in touch, and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on all unframed prints, worldwide. Other items have shipping rates that you can see at checkout. We aim to keep these costs as low as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 5 to10 within New Zealand and Australia. If you live further away, it will take a bit longer. As fast as we can without compromising on quality is the motto.

Will I need to pay customs or import duties?

Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the print price.

Returns and Damage

What if my print arrives damaged?

We offer a damage replacement guarantee. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Do you accept returns?

Because each print is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and we will make it right.

What if the colours look different on screen?

Colours may vary slightly between screens and the printed product due to monitor calibration differences. We recommend using the print images as a guide rather than an exact colour match.
