Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy
Elizabeth Marshall Art creates print-to-order products. This means your item is made especially after your order is placed.
For this reason, print-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong product, colour preference, or because the item is no longer required.
This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Please include:

your order number or proof of purchase;

clear photos of the item;

clear photos of the packaging; and

a short description of the issue.
Once we have reviewed the information, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy depending on the circumstances.
Returns
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
If a return is required, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the item. Returns may need to be sent to New Zealand or Australia.
Return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns are not covered; however, as our print-to-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, this will generally only apply where we have specifically agreed to accept a return.
Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Sale items, gift cards, and print-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
