Unframed Prints

All unframed art prints are shipped free of charge. No hidden surprises, no extra shipping costs at checkout, just beautiful art delivered to your door.

Framed Prints, Cards and Other Products

For framed prints, art cards and any other products, shipping is arranged in the most economical and secure way possible. Costs may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your order, and will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

How Orders Are Shipped

Orders are carefully packaged to protect your artwork in transit. Depending on the product, items may be shipped flat, rolled, or in protective packaging designed to keep them safe on their journey.

Processing and Delivery

Each piece is printed and prepared with care. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the product ordered and the shipping provider used. You will receive confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipping

Where international shipping is available, please note that any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are set by the destination country and are outside the control of Elizabeth Marshall Art.

Lost or Damaged Orders
